I’m adding another habit - 5 minutes of movement every hour at work. I have notifications set every hour for my water reminder and will use that as my cue. I am a bodybuilder. I WILL strength train 6 days a week, alternating muscle groups to allow adequate recovery time. I WILL focus on my diet to include more vegetables. @SummerSkier I use Outdoor Walk for my 30 minute cardio to close my exercise ring and then choose other trackers close to whatever workout I’m doing. Sounds like everyone is focused and doing really well. 👏🏻👏🏻 I’ve flossed every day but 1. Yay! It’s made a huge difference keeping the floss next to the toothbrush. My goal is to floss at least once a day. Thanks for the idea @SummerSkier. I normally keep floss out of sight, but obviously I’m an out of sight out of mind person, so the floss is now next to my toothbrush. I’ll also continue with strength training and water intake. 🦷💪🏻💦
