I am newly recommitted to health and wellness. I am finding the food diary amazingly helpful. I try not to "lie", but if i make a homemade recipe it is difficult to document all of the ingredients.

Good luck John. I am new too, but the tracking diary really holds you accountable to yourself. Don't lie to yourself and the diary! It really helps keep on track.

52 and post full hysterectomy. I ride a Harley and dont want my aches and pains to end that. Arthritis in my lower back and a hands are bad enough, but being 186 lbs at 5'-7" stinks. I will encourage you if you encourage me!!
