Hello. My name is John. In high school I was a running back. At 5'6" I weighed around 170. Little body fat and pretty darn fast for stubby legs. Lol. Through the years I gained a lot o weight and have started on this new adventure of losing. To date have lost 16.8# in 3 weeks. My goal of 180 might be hard to reach, but I am trying. Always looking for support

Good luck John. I am new too, but the tracking diary really holds you accountable to yourself. Don't lie to yourself and the diary! It really helps keep on track.0
