Its going to happen or not. I have loose skin. I would rather have loose skin than be 100lbs overweight.

yes!!! I feel like a can lose a bunch of weight and all my clothes still fit the same. Im 5'10. It does take longer for us tall girls 😂 Its also a problem because I can gain 20lbs and not realize it when my clothes still fit You look great. You can see a huge difference in Your chin/ neck, boobs and belly.

My heart rate will go into the 30's while im awake. cardiology isnt concerned.

For weight loss you just need to eat less than you burn. Weight training has changed my body. I fit in smaller clothes but actually weigh more than when I did just diet/cardio.

Welcome, You can do this!!! The biggest thing is to start tracking what you eat. It takes a lot of trial and error to find what works for you. This so important for long term success.

I wear a fitbit. I drop into the 30's (and get dizzy). As long as you are not symptomatic its ok. I find my calorie burn is pretty accurate when comparing Intake/ output and weight loss

I am a night shift nurse. I do my calories for the day I wake up on.So my first shift I tend to be a little hungrier, but the day I get off I feel like I eat more. Even though its the same amount of calories in just in less hours awake.

My calorie deficit is actually my goal weight maintenence calories. I dont reduce calories, but I do lose slow when close to goal weight
