Open up diary and that will help us help you. Are you using a food scale?

Thats awesome!! I had a similar thing! I was doing a workout where you had to hold a 35lb dumbell. It was super challenging, but all I could think about is how I was walking around (or doing workouts) when I was heavier.

logging and keeping honest with my self. Changing the mindset this is for life. Each little change adds up. I have bad days, but more often good days. Ive been in maintenance for 8 months keeping off 100 pounds. I did a small deficit. I learned what foods kept me full and what didn't. Things i did in the past that led to…

$#!^ you have done an amazing job!!!
-
Im so glad you are here and doing well!! Thank you for you service.

I finally fixed my mindset to food is fuel. Ive been in maintenance for about 2 months and my exercise is getting so much better. I got a PR on my Overhead squat, ran my fastest mile, box jumps are getting faster etc. Proper nutrition is everything. I workout because I love it. Fat or skinny I enjoy it 😄
-
For me personally I learned I could never fix my weight issue unless I fixed my mental issues. I have depression. Once my depression was improving it made improving my nutrition was so much easier.

omg! That is amazing!!!!!
-
thats amazing!! I always bought clothes that fit, not if they looked good. Enjoy shopping now!!

I am the exact same!!! Ive learned my triggers. A binge might last a day or 2. It will not derail me anymore, it is only temporary. Finals in school do it to me every term. I accept it and move on. I try my best but they still happen. It is fantastic that you are recognizing what is going on, thats a huge victory!!

i love them i use drink them everyday for my breakfast

Just start weighing and tracking your food. 3 workouts days in not needed. You can do this!
-
i started zoloft and figured out a lot of my eating issues were from my depression. Its made sticking to macros so much easier. My hunger goes up with depression and my anxiety. I lost 50 pounds since starting antidepressants

you can do this! Small changes add up to big results. So you cant train for a triathalon, but make an effort to walk an extra 20feet. A Lap around your couch etc. Working out was always the easy/ fun part for me. Nutrition was my challenge. Are you seeing a therapist? After an accident like yours it might be very helpful…

Are you weighing everything in grams? Tracking everything 100%?
-
try it consistency for 6 weeks and see what happens. Only real way to know if it will work or not. Im 79ish kg and maintain on about 2500 calories.
-
Hey. So Im 5'10 and started in the 280's. My biggest thing that helped me was actually eating more. My weight loss calories was 2400. Being a bigger person and trying to eat less than 2000 calories just didn't work. Im about a 100 pounds down. Kind if to the point to see if i can do a recomp. Scale wise im not wanting to…

Im maintaining. I eat 2400 calories daily but maintaining with an average of 2600. Saving those 200 calories a day for going out or those unplanned events. Going with the weekly average and end up maintaining this way. I personally have to keep tracking. I think I can eyeball things but the scale determined that was a lie.
-
I think maintenance would be a good idea. How tall are you? How many calories are you eating now?
-
I have loose skin. Trust me. Loose skin Is way better than being fat. 105 pounds down!
-
Im sorry about your mom. You can do this. Every slip that happens you learn something. its not starting overThe journey will never be perfect but the journey is worth taking and enjoying. Ill send you a friend request. Ive lost over 100lbs and would like to help you if i can.
-
Do what works for you! I tend to eat my calories later in the day.
-
I had 3 differnt fitbits bite the dust so I went to an apple watch. It does everything fitbit does plus a ton more. I really like it.
-
buy a food scale. Weigh and track everything you eat. BY estimating you are probably eating way over 1500 cals
-
I regret it, I think it was a waste of 30k. I don't have any restriction on the amount I can eat. I get hypoglycemic on a regular basis. Im not diabetic, Its from the surgery. I've lost 105 pounds, tracking macros and learning how to eat. Feel free to message me and Im happy to chat more about what I went through.

nuts is a super quick way to add a bunch of calories.
-
If you are tracking better, why not lose weight? I lose weight at 2400 calories so It depends on your activity level, weight and height

Hi. are you weighing everything in grams? having cheat days? How long have you been at this?
