is you low carb/fat making a differnece in your health? otherwise medication might be a good coversation with your doc. Low fat and low carb make for a miserable diet and life.

I dont think there are specific settings for you. Do you have any carb recommendations for a RD or your doc? Best thing is to weigh and track everything you eat. Learn what effects your sugar.

whats your height weight activity?? Chances are you can eat much more than 1200 and lose weight. If you take your calories from binges and the 1200 per day I wonder what they would average. Since youve lost 100lbs.

Definitely start weightlifting!! I've lost 100lbs. I have loose skin. for me I choose loose skin over extra weight any day!!! I wear workout clothes with compression. I find them more comfortable to hold my skin.

I found it much easier to eat the same amount everyday and go on the weekly average. when I was your weight I could go below 2k without feeling bad mentally and physically. I walked everyday to keep active. Ive lost 100 pounds.

MFP is wrong a lot. If you focus on hitting your macro goals instead of just calories you'll be good. Somehow here you can be over macros and under calories which is right

I found mine pretty accurate. I looked at the weekly totals and figured out my deficit from there with the average showing over 3k burned a day.
