  • Wear a bathing suit, not a bikini just a bathing suit, I have a lot of stretch marks after 3 babies and being overweight! Run without feeling all of my belly fat shaking like jello! Put on a form fitting dress or shirt. Most importantly be proud of myself and who I see when I look in the mirror.

  • Hello all, I haven't done my 30 Day Shred in about 6 days due to lack of motivation and family issues, so today I decided not to start where I left off on level 2/day 2, I'm going back to level 1/ day 5. I hope this helps build my stamina back up to deal with level 2.
  • I would't recommend any pills, just learn how to deal or eliminate stress and have that will power, I deal with stress all the time and man it's a *****, but you gotta keep pushin.
