I have 22.3 lbs until I reach 199. My short term goal though is to get into the 200-teens! 1.4 lbs away from there!

SW: 230 CW: 222.1 GW: 175 I know 175 doesn't sound like an ideal goal weight, but I'm 5'9" and I know that 175 is something I can maintain for the long run. I've gotten down to 155 before and quite honestly it took a LOT of work and time to get there. I now have 2 kids and time is at a premium for me.

Why can't you have toast with your eggs? Make it whole grain bread and it can actually HELP you!! I do that almost every morning and it's wonderful! Otherwise I like whole grain toast with peanut butter.

My typical breakfast is a 1 egg omelet with 2 oz of ham and a slice of american cheese with a piece of whole grain toast. Its a little higher calorie-wise but it keeps me full all morning and you get a good mix of protein and whole grains. Add in veggies (peppers, onions, etc) for more fiber!

I have a Garmin Vivofit that automatically syncs with MFP. However I did notice that what the vivofit says as calories burn do not match what carries over. But what carries over is lower, so at least my calories aren't overestimated!

I'm 39 and have been on the weight loss roller coaster most of my life. I recently decided (2 weeks ago) that enough is enough. If I'm going to lose it it has to be now and it has to be permanent. I just posted this same thing! (Show's me not to read down....). Anyway please add me! I find my worst fault is no accountability. My husband is too nice to be completely honest with me. But he wants me healthy. I have 50 lbs to lose ultimately, but right now would be happy with my first 10!
