I wish I had a personal trainer. I didn't know how to work out while pregnant and I was always so exhausted. Now that I have her, I love pushing hard. Almost back to Pre baby weight after 3 months! And this with weight training...I HATE cardio, but that is my warm up....or I'll do a lot randomly to confuse my muscles.

I waited for that moment too....after the water weight went down, I was stuck. Thinking bf was going to handle it for me. NOT my body!! I had to start eating better and working out

I gained weight in my back during pregnancy and yeah...it's gross. No matter where you put that darned bra strap...there is a bulge. My game plan is to work those muscles more than anywhere else now to tighten. That's also my advice to you and I'd do a lot of leg weight training to balance out your lower half.
