Yes it does! When I move my legs the feeling goes away but comes back after a few times. Eventually I just fall back asleep

I broke my toe last year I was advised by my dr to not jog or stay on my feet too long for at least 8 weeks because of the possibility of breaking again or fracturing. I waited till 9th week to start jogging again but I still felt slight pain. I think 3 months later was when I was completely back to normal

I don't. Lettuce is about 5 calories per cup. And I know I won't eat 4 or 5 cups of lettuce to make me feel like those calories will make a difference

Hi, have you tried drinking maybe an hour before or after meals. Perhaps not drinking so close to your meal might help?

I totally understand. I'm 25 just finished my masters program. I gained a lot of weight during that time. And now I'm trying to lose the weight. Since my program ended I lost 20lbs but 20 more to go!

Coconut oil is actually not the best for cooking. It has a very low smoke point. It's better to cook with oils that has a high smoke point.. also coconut oil is very high in saturated fats

When it comes to protein shakes you don't really need something more than 20g/serving. Studies have shown that as little as 10g of protein post workout has a positive effect on muscle healing.
