Yay! This is a challenge I need to do. I am definitely a late night snacker and I need to stop! I think my weight loss would be much better if I can get a grip on it. Especially since I have limited mobility. Let's see how I do!

Ah ha! I have FINALLY found a working creamer solution! I am a very heavy creamer person. A little coffee with my creamer kind. Anyway, instead of using 10 creamer portions, I mix a 2:1 ratio of non-fat dry milk and a good quality coffee creamer. I still get that big creamer flavor and lightness but only 30 calories…
