  • In order to get my protein in, I have a protein shake in the morning and I also eat greek yogurt in the afternoon. Besides that, I try to eat beans, quinoa, and throw in a protein bar every now and then!

  • I don't have a lot of time in the morning, so I make a protein shake and drink it on the way to work. Then, later on in the morning I will eat a whole wheat waffle with a little bit of peanut butter and fruit like sliced strawberries.
  • For the log kind, I make mini pizzas. Cut up the log into about 12 round slices. Pan fry in light oil for 2-3 min. per side. Then, put on cookie sheet and top with pizza sauce, cheese and other toppings. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for about six minutes.
  • I have always heard this: you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, each day. So, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. You should reach for the higher end if you live in a hot climate and exercise a lot! I hope this helps.
