u could try muesli soaked,or overnight oats,(not starchy like cooked)or switch to potatoes or sweet potatoes for carbs at supper.

Muesli land muesli lists 1 cup as a 180 calorie serving,weighing 55 grams,but it is actually only 1/2 cup weighed out! Last week I ate 3_1 cup servings! :neutral:

For that week_(6 other days) I'm doing a 300 calorie deficit each day_then eating those 1,800 calories I banked on Christmas Day added to my maintainence calories :smile:

eating bread makes my body composition go soft and "fluffy".i eat rice cakes and ryvita light and crispy crackers for everything now I would use bread for, just open face style( eggs,meat,tuna,peanut butter,with a salad etc.)_haven't had any issues.i actually enjoy them a lot.

it's not bad at all,I've lost all my weight eating my last meal of the day@11pm_i'd suggest saving up some calories that same day_for late night eating_if u log them the next day,u have less to eat for that day& u might feel deprived(hungry) or short changed.

yes,I use happy scale& my rate of loss has helped me figure out my TDEE for maintenance :smile:

I use 2 tablespoons of sour cream in tuna instead of mayo_ :smile: it's very good.

I'd say weigh all your vegtables,the calories can add up fast.

I usually have a couple of hard candies(50 cal) after supper_or a packaged rice crispy bar(90 cal) with a coffee :smile:

I use white vinegar diluted with a bit of water,poured over salad and 1 tsp white sugar/Mrs.dash sprinkled on top :)

Coffee,only in the morning for me :smile: I prefer to use most of those calories for my bedtime snack.

I like salt-free Mrs.Dash.I was surprised by the sodium in diet sodas and carrots.
