I’m not a vegan but I eat soaked(overnight) oats for fiber,I do 1/2cup large flake rolled oats and 1/3 cup cows milk and either 2 tsp.sugar or a TB of maple syrup as a snack, my husband is lactose intolerant so we always keep almond milk in the fridge and I’ve used it sometimes instead of the cows milk and it works really…

If you’ve plateaued for a year, you’re maintaining your weight-which is a great accomplishment! Just create a 250 calorie daily deficit and eat the food you enjoy.

Yes she can keep it off-Just have her enter her current stats in a tdee calculator,eat the suggested maintenance calories,wait a few weeks and then adjust calories up or down based on results if there’s any (loss /gain) :smile:

My husband says I’m weird for doing this -I finely crumble up ritz crackers or cookies and sprinkle them over flavoured yougurt to make a faux pie crust.

We’re all visual when it comes to attraction it’s natural ,especially for men because they have to perform,just a fact,not shallow or judgy in a negative way, try to be more realistic and fair with men,most of them are nice,enjoy the extra attention-it’s expanding your horizons :smile: ready or not!

I eat milk chocolate :smile: kit kat is my favourite-I’ve lost 14 lbs in the last 6 months.

I use full fat sour cream, enjoy some chocolate most days. :smile: 2 Tbsp nut butters daily, cook my eggs in some butter, I also really like coconut- so I’ll fit in macaroons or cookies.

I haven’t tried it yet, but sounds amazing-thanks for the idea-I do a bagged salad topped with a can of albacore tuna,sprinkled with craisins& topped with Kens Sweet Onion dressing-it’s really good! :smile:

I used AnnPT77’s formula to find my maintenance calories based on my own data/rate of loss(see sticky above) and it’s been very accurate and helpful!_ty Ann :smile: This calculators# was too high for me by 85 calories.

I use the steps app.on my iPhone-it's free_i think it's pretty accurate_i read a lot of the reviews for it_maybe you could download it and compare.

I once ate an entire tray of kings hawaiian rolls by myself in one sitting,with nothing on them_they're so delicious! I couldn't control myself with them at all_i switched to Sprouted grain bread for everyday use _and now only buy the Kings for special occasions :blush:

I've mostly added back the extras I've missed like_honey,jam,or banana on my toast, mayo on sandwiches_an extra yogurt cup or granola bar_cookies with my coffee etc.It's been really nice :)

yes,me too! a pound or two of water retention,a little more emotional and a bit hungrier_it's like a lighter version of pms for 3 or 4 days.
