maintenance question
I've been maintaining for 1 month,tracking on happy scale_the trend line has stayed within a 1 pound range_with daily fluctuations of 1-3 lbs which is really great :)_but my moving average weight has steadily gone up by .5_should I just keep going or lower my maintenance calories by 50 a day?

deficit for 2 weeks/maintain for two weeks
Instead of doing a 250 calorie per day deficit all month,I was thinking of doing a 500 calorie deficit for 2 weeks & then maintaining for the other 2.i have about 4-5 lbs to lose_Has anyone tried this approach? thoughts or insights appreciated!

250 calorie deficit
Hi,I'm a few pounds from my goal weight and currently working towards maintenance.I've added back 300 calories(50-100 per week) so far.Looking for anyone who has maintained a 250 deficit to lose more slowly close to goal give any advice for success and/or share your experience. thanks :)

moving average or 10 day best?
a question for maintainers_I use the happy scale app.& weigh-in daily-when you set it for maintain do you use the moving average as your 'real' weight to account for fluctuations,and adjust calories up/down based on that number? I've been tracking by 10 day best so far while losing.thanks :)

peanut butter everyday
