i agree with macchiatto's advice_I eat supper at 6:30 and save 300 calories for a snack at 10(asleep by 11)usually 2 Tb almond butter on a slice of whole grain toast.it's worked really well& I haven't woken up hungry in months.

Roasted,salted cashews are delicious_as a special treat for me! I love raw almonds and English walnuts for everyday eating :)

HFCS is a man-made franken-food.Its fattening and bad for your Health.Avoid at all costs. Eat cane sugar.

to up your calories try to add avocado,bananas,raisins to your plan,they all have good amounts of potassium(and calories)_which should help balance out the sodium as you increase it,also all natural Almond butter with no salt or sugar added is higher cal-low volume.

For low calories and I'm really hungry_ baby carrots,cherry tomatoes,cucumber,a flavored rice cake,sweet pickles or a cheese stick_but I always log the calories,even just 5 or 10_they add up fast.

I'd suggest just crumbling a few crackers on your salad to absorb the dressing and water from the veggies that's swishing around in your stomach,i know that feeling,I get it sometimes myself.

My weight goes up 3-8 lbs.(starting a week before&during)depending on how much sodium I eat_It always comes off within a few days after.

eggs combined with citrus fruit or a vitamin C tablet to help increase iron absorption and/or a serving of raisins daily are iron rich foods you could add to your diet without a lot of calories.

balsamic vinager_is the absolute worst for me_slimy eggplant in pasta sauce makes me gag and I've developed a strong dislike for raw apples,cooked are fine.
