lizcarpenter146, I dance zumba and use dance workout videos for most of my calories burned. Do you think the zumba calories burned is overestimated?

I'm not a troll i'm real. The raw vegan diet has helped alot of people get healthier.

I don't drink enough caffeine in order to experience a headache from not consuming any for an entire day.

I was curious because I wonder if there are more short cuts out there to eating less or enjoying your food more. Thanks for sharing your routine!

Thanks for doing all of that math. It helps to see exactly what I will be working with. Based on your calculations I can still have my cake and eat it too, to an extent, so to speak.

Oops, sorry

I've never heard of that 20 percent rule before, but it makes alot of sense thanks. My calorie limits also go up after I workout for the day.

I saw that when I increased my exercise that my calorie limit increased to make up for it. Thanks you all for the considerate replies!

I really love the replies. I decided on a frozen banana almond milk "ice cream" and a bite of my moms boneless skinless chicken. It helped to satiate the pains and keep me under my calories, even with the exercise added. Thanks all!

I like to prepare overnight oats. I just add almond milk, a teaspoon of vanilla, cinnamon, and a little bit of honey. Stir it all up and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

I am 137, 5'2 1/2, and my goal is 125 lbs. I exercise about 3-4 times per week.

My calorie limit is 1200 per day. So far i've eaten 2331 calories and i'm only half way through the day. I'm sorry but what is maintenance?

I really appreciate all of the replies. Today I went over my biggest deficit as of yet. I ate an entire pint of ben and jerrys ice cream, which placed me 910 calories over my daily goal. Oh well, it was hot outside and I just couldn't stop. The ice cream was calling my name.
