absolutely yes! A week before my period starts I become the cookie monster! it lasts almost 3 days and I eat at least 700 to 1000 more kcal than the rest of the month. once my period does come, my appetite goes way down and all food tastes bland.

I am half way to my goal weight, and as I was leaning against a wall the other day I felt my shoulder blades and it was really uncomfortable. Seats and matresses seem more comfortable now for some reason though.

Slowly is the best way to go!! You give time to your body to adapt to the new weight! I am doing the same thing as well. 33lbs in almost 6 months, but I am not hungry and I enjoy all kinds of foods, without missing out on anything!! Keep going! Amazing job! :D
