Since the beginning of 2016, I've slowly gone down 27 lbs from 310 to 283...not really seeing a difference...
310+

Slowly is the best way to go!! You give time to your body to adapt to the new weight! I am doing the same thing as well. 33lbs in almost 6 months, but I am not hungry and I enjoy all kinds of foods, without missing out on anything!! Keep going! Amazing job!24 -
After a biking incident, I suffered a severe brain injury...and the weight piled on.
Once my medical situation stabilized, I began work to return to a life that's healthy and physically fit.
ALMOST THERE!

Great job @Return2Fit! I'm glad your injury is healing. And honestly, you carried your weight quite well. You can tell you had a nice muscle base.2

I didn't take a picture of when I was 330 and I really should have. I am currently 297 and I have at least 10 inches off my stomach, 7 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips. When I started the orange shirt was getting tight and I couldn't even wear the purple shirt.

8 weeks
2.8% drop in body fat with the 3.8 scale pounds I did loose. That equates to a GAIN of 1.08lbs of lean body mass, and a loss of 4.88lbs of fat. Scales lie.24 -
