I have been in a similar position, working full time, interning 25 hours per week, plus family. If you want it bad enough, you will make it work. If you have to, put it in your calendar to block off that time.

I recently have been looking into DDP Yoga! He's a former pro wrestler and has been taking on old wrestlers who are really unhealthy and need a lifestyle change and he has been very successful. It includes journals for dieting and exercise and has meal plans and do/don't eats.

I recently read an article that went against this. The author had a horrible experience and had very negative health consequences as a result. The article summed up with eating what your body needs :)
