I'm not new the MFP, but I didn't really make any progress on my last account so I've made a new one. Since I'm newly vegetarian (have been for about two weeks) I felt the need to get on MFP again to keep track of my intake. I've been feeling sick for the past couple days and I believe it's because I'm not getting the right amount of protein, iron, and B12 and I would like to make sure I get enough. Are there any experienced vegetarians on here that can guide me along the way to not fail at this (because meat has started to gross me out) or are there any other new vegetarians on here that would like some support? I'm hoping to make some new friends.

Hey! I was a vegetarian for about a year and gave it up.earlier this year. I gained a lot of weight from it because it was easier to.eat junk food. Best of luck!0
