I'm starting the second week of my second 21-Day Primal Challenge. If you're interested in doing a guided primal challenge, check out the vimify website. Mark's Daily Apple offers it free every January, but it's only $10.00 the rest of the year-worth it to me to get the accountability. I really enjoy Mark's posts-he…

So glad to find y'all. I've been Paleo/Primal off and on for a couple of years. Monday I start my second 21-Day Primal Challenge on Vimify. My least favorite thing is the connection to the Under Armor site. The site does not have any, any, plus size active wear to offer! Many of us are her to get fit (meaning when we started we were not fit) and we want to wear up-to-date active wear, too.

Look for a Silver Sneakers class. One does not need to be 50 or over to join one. This class was a great place for me when I started moving again; the zumba and other classes were intimidating. Classes geared for older folks welcome anyone and people recovering from surgeries, injuries, etc. are welcome.

Red Palm Oil! It's wonderful for sautéing veggies and meat. Full of beneficial saturated fats and is very shelf stable. Be sure to buy a sustainably raised and harvest brand.

Hi. I'm 57 and thought I was completely menopausal. My endocrinologist added some testosterone to the bio-identical progesterone and estrogen I use. She said I might get some acne and irritability. Well, I'm irritated that I started having periods again! I'll see her again next month. She recommended I follow the…

Rinse them in a strainer and drain well. Dry/Blot them well with paper towels. I'm sure you can find lots of recipe ideas online for pate, etc. Salute them in olive oil with finely sliced onion, splash with white wine. Serve with a handful of olives-either black or green or both. Good luck.
