I did forget one crucial step. After you have done all above, you have to go (in the app) to the menu on the upper right, select steps, and select fitbit again. It defaults to "no tracking."

Note: I had to do this ONLINE, not in the app. Doing this in the app did not work.

OK, after troubleshooting this all day yesterday, I finally found a solution that actually worked to fix the problem. My Fitbit and Fitbit Aria scales are now syncing properly. I am having the same problem. It gets data from my fit bit scale, but not my wrist tracker.
