  • I go to Planet Fitness so no heavy barbells are available, only Smith Machines. I have to use the Smith Machine but if you have access to barbells, use those as Smith Machine does not allow you to learn to balance.

  • Thanks. I will send you my current weight when I do that (I usually weigh myself 3x early morning and average it) plus my last 2 readings. I was under the impression that not eating enough carbs limits protein synthesis.
