I too have hit a plateau since Christmas. I started at 280 and am now 245. It's not budged pants or scale for 3 months I'm not able to amp up exercise as I've just recovered from a torn ligament. I live the LCHF lifestyle but this plateau has got me down my goal weight is 220lbs any suggestions pllllleeeeeeaaaase.

I feel so lost with all the macro stuff. I did notice with the PB and chocolate bombs I was full and it felt like a treat but I am now sick of coconut oil. I appreciate everyone on this site!

I too am waiting for marriage. At the moment I'm not even dating and focusing on my kids. I even made a vow to not be in the same room with a man that I don't plan on marrying. Again it's helpful to have kids they are good man repellent lol

My 9 yr old had cancer and out of nowhere my ex would start calling her a freak. Finally his mental health took over and when I tried to leave he went to the basement and revved up his chainsaw to hold us captive. I was trying to keep my 9yr old and 4 month old calm.
