It sucks! I used shoes that had springs on the bottom. It looked funny but the pain was gone in 2 days. Now I use an OTC insole and have not had problems in years.

I have them so bad I scream at night. I take a magnesium table something called LEG CRAMPS by Hyland and pickle juice. I think the pickle juice works the best. Ice cold it is better then Gatorade.

Just curious because I am a pickleball player too, what do you use for calories during exercise?

I go with Oikos by Dannon. 120 calories in a cup 15g of protein and 6g of fiber.
