Pre-Keto I would get heartburn when I would ingest sugar heavy foods or carbs which would quickly turn to sugar. It didn't matter what the food was but if it had sugar I would likely get heartburn. I don't know about where you work but maybe promote a food drive and bring in those foods or donate to a local food bank. We did and it was actually satisfying to give away those items. I use ruled.me but I also used a couple other calculators that I found and they all gave me basically the same numbers with a variance of +/- 5% or so. I stuck with the macros and info from ruled.me because of the way it allows me to customize some of the info a bit.
