Congratulations! Looking and doing AWESOME!

I'm an "A" for this, but I think it has to do with your own personality type. When I decide I'm in, heck, I'm in all the way. No crashes so far. I haven't done anything unsustainable (no craziness) but I jumped in with counting calories, exercising pretty much 7 days a week (unless sick, of course), and better nutrition…

I think this happens to almost everyone. I'd suggest (in addition to the above suggestions) to seriously consider WHY you want to lose weigh. Is it for looks? For your health? For kids/family? For you? I've found, for me, that to get your butt in gear requires a level of "I gotta do this for me to better my life". Not…

After page 1, the only thing I can think of is the movie " Stripes". "Lighten up, Frances".

I had the dreaded B-belly as well. I've been everywhere from a bit underweight to overweight, it is always there. Just the way we are made, I guess. But as others have said, core strength helps in minimizing it. Good luck.

I really don't mean to be snarky, but I don't understand. If you need to lose weight, you must have eaten more than 1400 calories in a day. What has changed?
-
No, there's a little over 28 grams to an ounce.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties. I don't have BED and can't really offer any suggestions. I just wanted to give support. Maybe you can talk with your counselor on tips or suggestions? I wish you luck in dealing with this.

Friend me if you want and we can PM. It is a bummer that the ED support group isn't active; I was looking on it just today. Seems meaningless to post, as no one goes on it.

Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and do it. I LOVED coke (I'm sure I still do), but getting told that you have some fatty liver (while having a BMI of 22.6, so not overweight) really makes you want to do something. According to my doctor, the soda was probably a big part of that, as it was pretty much all I drank. I…

http://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/artificial-sweeteners-sugar-free-but-at-what-cost-201207165030 I've never really cared for any artificial sweetener; I think all of them taste horrid. But the above read is interesting

Don't know why this is happening for you, but I don't think it is all that uncommon. Frustrating, certainly, but it happens. Wish I knew why -if I did, could get rich! Just know that if you keep doing what you're doing, it will work out and that bleeping scale will go back dow. I'd say try not to stress about it, but I…

Like CM_73, I'd like to give up failure. Or, probably more accurately, feeling like a failure.

Not sure this is true from the reading I've been doing. 100 cal of an apple may actually have "less energy" in it than 100 calories of bread. That's why I think it is so hard, sometimes, to actually figure out this whole CICO thing. I'm not trying to be difficult and I really appreciate everyone's option. And thanks for…

The National Weight Registry says that people who are most successful at maintaining weight loss weigh themselves every day. This does seems like a lot to me and if you are one who obsesses over what the scale says, it can be hard. Maybe try once or twice a week?
-
Awesome! No other word for it. Congrats!

I really wish I had some words of wisdom for you. I'm just posting here for support; I know this can be difficult. Do you really need to lose weight? I don't know what your stats/BMI are, so I can't comment on that. I would just try to stay focused on your health ( both physical and mental). I wish you luck.

You're an adult and you don't know how to call up a doctor and get an appointment?! Sorry, but this just screams that something is wrong. What's more, I'm sure that you know that your BMI is too low; you only need to google it to find that out. I'm not a doctor by any means, but I'll give you my two cents. I myself am down…

Phenomenal! Way to go!

That's great. I don't personally know the hell of binging (other than on Thanksgiving), but I've had friends who struggle with this. Way to go! Keep up with your therapy.

Veggies and fruits most certainly do have protein and fats. Broccoli has protein, avacados have fat. Don't think that fruits and veggies are only carbohydrates.

Yes. In MFP, I think in settings/exercise, you select your Fitbit to MFP. Works great!

Me, too. I'm back after a year and a half, over 50, and ready to rule
