I statrded by following the 3 week meal plan on Diet Doctor and feel in love with Keto! Now I look on multiple sites for inspiration.

Did you stick with keto? I'm in my first week and love it do far. I started on a low carb diet and gradually transitioned to keto. I don't even miss bread. It's great!! And I love the food.

I would love more keto friends (add me!) for support and meal plan ideas. Does anyone make keto deserts? I haven't tried one yet the have looked at a lot of recipes. I'm still in my first week and I'm loving it.

I haven't weighed myself since May 13th. I'm 35, 5'4 and weigh 163 lbs. I now workout at least 4 (sometimes 5) days a week doing fitstar workouts or treadmill. I do eat a lot of frozen veggies because they last longer than fresh. The lunchmeat should be replaced with something else, I didn't realize how much sodium it has.…
