So true.. I'm 52, and yesterday even though I'm way under my cals I put on a pound overnight. Although, it did rain last night too, and it feels like my body collects water from the Universe or something and adds it to might weight. Hell, at my age, I just take my kids to Mc Donald's and not even order anything I put on…

Hey there... Going to need a little more info. Male / Female Age Do you go to the Gym? If not, is this something you might be willing to do? Track your Food? Do you struggle with food? ie. Purge, Bulimic, etc.

I myself go right from bulking to cutting. I'm not sure what the logic would be in maintenance needed before cutting. In terms of lifting program during Cutting: I switch up my lifting every 10 weeks regardless of whether I'm cutting or bulking. However, when I am cutting, I tend to go more higher reps lighter weight of…

Currently 240lbs, cutting to 215lbs. Seems like a lot, but I do it every year. Put on a little muscle, take off the fat.

One of the Cool things about being over 50 is that you do extra sets because you forget what set you're on. :-)
