@BZAH10 Try doing pushups either on your knees or your hands elevated on a chair/table. You will find a lot less resistance. Form is so important. At the gym, I see so many people doing a pushup incorrectly.

@swirlybee (rattle) snake meat is fairly common here and I have seen crickets on the food network. I am surprised that donkey meat was included. It must be a common food somewhere.

I found that I have been doing body weight exercises during commercial breaks on the tv.

If you're able to do 8 to 10 great push-ups then you are way above the Curve.

If you are having trouble to do push-ups this is what I would recommend. Try doing a push-up standing against the wall and just doing the motion. If that is easy and then try doing an elevated push-up with your hands on a table or chair and your feet on the ground. If you're able to do that then try doing knee push ups

I have always felt that calisthenics were under rated. Personally, I feel that it is a more natural movement than curling a dumbbell or other weight training.

Have you ever gone to the website muscle and strength? They have a lot of great workout programs and routines. I think it's always great to have a nice variety.

Have you tried replacing smoking with doing some exercise? It seemed to work for my coworker.
