@annpt77 I dated a woman that used to make dog biscuits for her pet. The biscuits and cookies are very similar.

Hmm @mg07030 Since you spent time in southern Africa (Zimbabwe), I would think that termites would be on the list. I understand that it is high in protein and abundant.

@jan110144 When I go to the gym, I am surprised at how many people do not take advantage of the pool and spa. I agree that motion in the water is great. It gives the joints a break from the pounding of lifting.

Like @leanjogreen18 , I thought @werewolf1388 ate 1000 calories in an hour, too. It reminded me when we would go to Jack in the Box and see who can eat the most calories (btw, the real ice cream shake really makes it easier)

I enjoy doing pushups every day. You can do this exercise everywhere and whenever. Have you tried doing pushups against a wall. Over time, get into a more horizontal position (such as putting your hands on a table, bed, chair, stairs, etc.)

@AliNouveau sorry to hear about your shoulder. I was sent to pt my my doctor. It ended up that I did not have proper form when i was exercising. It is great that you know your limits

@AliNouveau have you tried doing pushups with your legs elevated on a stability ball or handstand?

At least in the US, most authentic Chinese restaurants will have chicken feet as part of the broth.

@OldAssDude I believe that you need to be able to do a standard pushup before moving to slight variations (wide and diamond). I have found that people enjoy doing the lizard (one hand is further out front than the other) as a next step pushup. You start to work on your balance, too!
