An app called Progress allows you to track measurements, among other things.

My daughter is 10, almost 11, and I've made the mistake in the past of weighing myself in front of her, not eating dinner with her, eating different foods than her, etc. All signs of my eating disorder. Kids are smart and pick up on things. I'm now working on reversing those negative connotations for her. But I think that-…

I'm 5'4 and I am content with weighing 105.

I deal with the same thing. I was always very small and petite. 5'4 and 95 pounds until I got pregnant in my 20's and gained 40 pounds. Even after my daughter was born, I dropped back down to 105. Just like some people are built with larger frames, others are built with a smaller frame. That just happens to be our normal.

I am in recovery for anorexia. I'm sending you a friend request

Congratulations! I struggle with anorexia, too. I was diagnosed back in 2013 but I'm much healthier now than I used to be

Hi. I'm a recovering anorexic as well. I don't know that I can offer much advice because my recovery was an extremely slow process, starting at only a couple hundred calories and moving it up a couple hundred more every few weeks. I'm in the US, and I did this privately with my therapist- not at an ED clinic as it sounds…

How are you doing? I hope all is well ❤️

I only share my goal weight with my therapist and my psychiatrist. But that's because I have anorexia, so they always keep an eye on things with me and how I am feeling about my body image and my weight.

I am interested in trying ACV. I'll be honest- I originally wanted to try it to see if it aids in weight loss. But regardless if it does or doesn't, it has many other benefits to taking it, anyways :)

I am so happy to hear that you visited the nurse practitioner and caught those symptoms before something terrible happened! I, myself, have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and have struggled with it for the last 4 years. I see a therapist weekly and I have a treatment team that specializes in eating disorders, and…

Relationship problems and sadness, loneliness definitely make it easy for me to restrict. When things are going well and my boyfriend is around, that's when I tend to eat more. He is well aware of my eating disorder and tries to keep me eating properly. When I am left to my own devices, I would probably starve.

It depends. Sometimes when I eat more calories I actually end up losing weight. This is because if I have a streak of eating too little calories, my body goes into "starvation mode" and holds on to every little thing I eat. So when I come out of it, and eat more calories, I will actually lose weight because my body isn't…

I am 5'4. Started at 127 (the most I've ever been not counting pregnancy). Currently 120, and my goal is 105. I was always pretty small, before I started gaining weight last October.
