I'm following this thread! I can't answer your question but I'm determined to lose my mom pouch after 2 csections. Lots of lower ab/pelvic floor exercises for me. I started Jan 1 :)

I always mix almond milk in my vegan protein power so not sure if they taste good with water! Currently I'm drinking optimum nutrition plant based protein and it's pretty good. I do like Vega vanilla and orgain chocolate.

Add me if I haven't added anyone yet! My previous post went away I think? Anyway, I'm 5'8, 135 lbs, currently looking into gaining muscle while loosing body fat percentage. I have an open diary where I log all of my food. My challenge is definitely the eating the right macro's but it's a work in progress :)

HI there! I added you! I'm 5'8, 135 lbs, 24% body fat. My fitness goal is to lower my body fat to 20% with keeping my weight around 135-140. I macro count with high protein diet, open diary. Right now my weakness is my foods I eat. I have two young children and I work full time so it's hard getting those types of foods…

I'm adding you ladies!!!! I'm doing the whole weight training in the gym 4x/week, I'm not so good with the macros yet but I'm learning :)

Without your health, you have nothing. Don't take it for granted!
-
People will say all kinds of things, it's kind of annoying!!! Maybe try to put on muscle rather than lose pounds at this point.
-
Try to look to see if your measuring your food correctly and perhaps buy a food scale if you don't have one. Is 1200 calories too low for you?
-
Never give up! Assess your situation and change whatever needs to change! Or drop the dietician :)
-
I thought the very same thing as the OP!!! I started to think I was deficient. But like another poster said, most foods don't put how much potassium is in their food unless it's considered a "health food". But I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to get more potassium through vegetables and fruits!!

You're definitely missing a nutrient in your diet. Are you logging your meals and seeing if you are low on anything? Protein is very likely

I think the drink you ate looking for is: Bai 5 Comes with carbonation or more like juice. It's only 10 cals, a little caffeine. DELICIOUS! It's becoming more popular and I find it at my regular grocery store and costco. They even sell it on amazon now. Lots of flavors A plus: a great alcoholic mixer as well

Same thing is happening on mine. Any luck fixing it?

If you have split abs or diastasis recti, this could be adding to the mom pouch. Traditional ab workouts will make it worse if you have this condition. Lots of info online to gage if you have this or not. Gotta do specialized core workouts to improve it. No planks or sit ups! I have had 2 sections and have this condition,…

I'm as nurse at a hospital and and I get 5 miles pretty much every day and lift very heavy/obese patients. I don't know if I would recommend it though. Guys would actually fair pretty well as a nurse these days though.

Sent friend request! I have a 3 yr old and 4 month old. 2 csections and currently breastfeeding. Open and honest food diary helps a ton! :)

The cookies and cream brand I found that dissolves in coffee the best is found at costco. Muscle pharm combat. It is true, some powders are hard to dissolve especially the vegan powders. But the above one works the best that I have found :)

I think its okay. I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't be!

Friend requested you! :)

My husband and step son hate veggies as well! But I found if I mix them up in spaghetti and chilli they dont even notice. I put zuchinni, mushrooms, turnips, rutabagas, squash, etc. I just dice them up real small. One time my step son was in the kitchen when I was cooking and it said, "I didn't know you put all those in…

Ive probably said this before but I highly recommend it. Cookies n cream protein powder as creamer. That flavor is the best in hot coffee! My fav! Keeps me full till lunch time as well.
-
Lately I've been doing coffee and cookies n cream protein powder. I was doing frozen waffles toasted with a little bit of pnt butter and eating them on my way to work
-
I usually cook dinner the night before with 2 more servings so my husband and I have leftovers for lunch the next day. Saves time and clean up :)

I would love to go vegan but it is very hard! Especially with children but I try to incorporate more vegan meals. I would love the inspiration!
