Wow what a difference!

My diary is open, feel free to add me :)

You're not a fruit. You're you.

I follow a mostly vegan diet (for the past 3 years), I include 1-2 eggs per month for b12. I get my b12 checked regularly and it's always perfect. So that seems to work for me.

When I have a stiff neck I go and get a massage and the next day I'm fine. I guess it depends what caused it.

@ForeverFitnessPT thanks for the tips

When I first started reading I thought you were asking how to log the dog food as calories eaten...
-
Liposuction maybe... But seriously, our genes determine where we hold fat, to lose it we just have to keep at it and lose fat where ever our bodies decide to let it go from.

I use to work in hospitality and being around food all the time made me nauseous and made me eat less, I couldn't stand the smell of it (I was thin back then). Maybe I should go back to working in hospitality.

Thanks for the tips, I will try to push through it and do some strength training through the week. I think the problem is that I'm a sook haha.

Who's Hank Williams

I've just started back at it too :) good luck

I don't really have access to weights/gym, I can only really use my own body weight.

Hi Meg, I'm Angela, I'm also a vegetarian and like lurking other vegetarians food diaries

When I get back to my goal weight I might give this a go, thanks for the tip :) At least that way I can get a bit of a break from counting.

Unless you have an iron deficiency or impaired absorption taking an iron supplement probably isn't necessary.
-
Soups and salads are my go to. I prepare both in advance and eat them through the week.
-
I'm not so lucky, I've been on and off counting calories for 7 years. Each time I stop I gain weight, I just over eat if I'm not counting.
-
Eat a wide variety of foods in their most natural form possible ie. fresh fruit instead of tinned, fresh meat/poultry/dairy rather than highly processed and stick within your calorie goal.
-
I'll take "rude people's" advice. I get a sore lower back from doing sit-ups and crunches. I don't know if my form is poor. What other core exercises can I do?
-
Every time I stop logging I gain weight. So for me it's something I have to stick to.
-
Haha I'm a foodaholic and an exercise avoider.
-
I have the same problem, even if I'm not hungry I always go back for more. I just don't know how to stop and I'm not sure that pre-logging would help. I think the tips about only cooking what you're going to eat would help though.

It's so depressing to think we'll have to count calories forever though.
