My husband tells me all the time that im too bony and orders me to not lose any more weight. I say "ok honey" and do what I want. If your healthy and there is no medical concern with losing weight, I think you should do what you want with your own body. *kitten* what ither people say

IMF is WHEN you eat and keto is WHAT you eat. You could totally do them together if you eat a ketogenic diet during your eating window but neither are really necessary for weight loss. It's whatever your comfortable with. As long as you're burning more calories than you consume, you will lose weight :)

Now I feel better about the 3 lbs I've gained this week haha. I know a portion of it is actually fat but i doubt its more than 1lb. I didn't miss any workouts and actually got in a heavy weightlifting session + 40mins cardio on christmas but my diet was *kitten*. Back to the grind!!

My resolutions are to 1.) Lose 7lbs of body fat, 2.) Gain 8lbs of muscle, 3.) Hit "advanced" in strength standards for all the main lifts. 4.) Run 3 miles in less than 35mins. 5.) Carve an easily visable 4-pack :)
