Been "sent" to them a couple of times. As @Flintwinch said, pretty basic info. Last one couldn't answer my questions, regarding WW guidelines, as to amount of carbs, veggies, and proteins, vs their guidelines (protein and all the rest). So, IMLTHO, useless!

Having tilapia tonight. Not sure which preparation I'll use, but probably TOL's fave, encrusted in panko and parm.

Nice! The only thing in our yard that is an "invasive" is a Burning Bush. I got it long before I knew that it was invasive, but I love it too much. Our only other bothersome plant is a wild "weed" that one of my 20 something grandsons loves to pull out. Does it about 2-3 times a season.

1392 Bad day. Was feeling lousy and went back to bed for another 5 1/2 hours. Didn't worry about steps. Feeling OK today, and "onwards and downwards.
