Good morning. Alive and breathing. Had a co-worker acquaintance pass away this past weekend, so I am especially appreciative of continued breathing.

i recently restarted actual measuring and weighing. No more eyeballing it unless there's not another choice. I have old WW 1-cup and a 1/2-cup spoons that I have pulled out of retirement and put back into rotation. Not truly MTBC, I guess. But, it fits.

1 mile. I like 2-3 mile walks if I am out and about. The biggest change for me is incorporating 1 mile walks into my activity/exercise as opposed to leisure.

GOAD has been a constant for me since 2008. I lost 70 pounds on that go around. Kept it off for two years. GOAD's community was an important part of that.
