There are numerous estimation formula's that incorporate height calculating the BMR, I have a feeling OP is using one that does that.

Half a cm in height has about 3 calorie impact on your TDEE. Do an extra yawn or jump once, and add it as 173 cm if you feel like you've been robbed of your half a cm :wink:
