Unless you are trying to eat that 1400 calories in Lettuce, its not that hard. Get a food scale, log your daily intake. You'll be surprised. Check calorie dense foods higher in healthy fats. I am around 3000+ cal/day these days, and just 1000 of it is my snack PB&J sandwich and milk.

What a legend. I think the weirdest one I saw was a guy wearing a whole denim onesie with his hood up. I thought he was some kind of super-hero so didn't give it too much thought.

We all go through injuries, and every individual is a different case. Whats worked for one might not work for you, so taking advice from the internet is a little tricky in this matter. I would stick with what your doctors tell you really. Understand your limitations and weaknesses, and do workouts depending on those. Right…

I mean Hook grip is nice but you're not gonna get to your max in a few goes. Takes months and months of training, and definitely not close to your max's. Alternate grip is your answer for a fast solution. Grip strength is important but there are better ways to train it rather than risking an injury with poor grip & posture.

Water weight. You probably carb-ed up during the vacation. Simply go back to your regular diet and you ll lose those pounds. My weight fluctuates up to 6-7 lb's.

Check out the success stories section , they have posts like photo only success stories etc. You can post there too. Lots of people look there for some encouragement, especially when they're at the beginning of their journeys.
