One of the things that help me out a lot is getting burrito bowls from Chipotle for lunch. Warm, delicious, and filling. Brown rice, black beans, chicken and extra veggies. I skip the cheese and guac.

This is me. I've also noticed that when the stock market is doing poorly, I don't watch my pension balance very much. When the stock market is moving up, I check it almost daily because it is exciting to see it go up.

My main interest is weight loss for the foreseeable future. A healthier body will come along with that goal. Any adjustments I make to my day revolve around adjusting my intake to stay within my caloric goal for the day.
