Hey Greg, I started Noom back on on June 22, 2021. The psychology aspect of it has really helped me. I'm afraid I will always have to be mindful and track in order to continue to drop weight. With family staying at our house for 10 days, I completely lost my routine. Then combine that with eating out and Christmas treats and I was up 6.8. So, overall for this year, down 38 lbs. Should be able to drop this Christmas weight pretty easily.

@crewahl Charlie, my name is Chris. I used to participate on the WW site and then here when it first moved over, then I let it all go. I don't consider the extra mindfulness to be a burden at all. In fact, I'm excited that there is a way forward, and I'm on that path.
