Hey Greg, I started Noom back on on June 22, 2021. The psychology aspect of it has really helped me. I'm afraid I will always have to be mindful and track in order to continue to drop weight. Down 9 All of the family staying with us for 10 days has gone home now. As soon as my routine was back in place, the weight fell off as fast as I put it on. SW 327 CW 280 GW 195

With family staying at our house for 10 days, I completely lost my routine. Then combine that with eating out and Christmas treats and I was up 6.8. So, overall for this year, down 38 lbs. Should be able to drop this Christmas weight pretty easily.

That is the story of my weight loss life. If you look at my chart, I have my best loss on Saturday mornings. Then I feel like I can relax over the weekend. Often just a little too much relaxing.

@crewahl Charlie, my name is Chris. I used to participate on the WW site and then here when it first moved over, then I let it all go. I don't consider the extra mindfulness to be a burden at all. In fact, I'm excited that there is a way forward, and I'm on that path.

Down 2.6 Last big family get together Wednesday night at our house. Lots of burgers, brats, and beer. I kept it to 1 hamburger, roasted potatoes, salad, and no beer. Not that I'm restricting myself from drinking, just didn't feel like it that night. SW 325 CW 292.6 GW 195
