    I'm down 0.6 pounds. I had a much better week, overall, than I've had in a long time. I felt much more in-control and on-my-plan than usual, and I avoided after dinner snacks and drinks M-Th night (which is a big victory). If I can start stringing multiple solid weeks together like this, I should be able to work my way back down to my personal target weight. Nevertheless, I'm still maintaining below my official WW weight.

    Steve - I just noticed that at your starting weight, I would be at free Lifetime again. My goal is 180, so 182 puts me within two pounds.

    I was down 0.6 this week. That’s nine weeks in a row with a loss, so I’m pleased with that. I’m 18.2 pounds from my goal weight. This week's accomplishment? I was filling out an online medical form that calculated BMI from height and weight, and I’ve officially moved from obese to overweight! That may be a silly thing to be pleased by, but the fact is that my goal weight is 11 pounds above a “healthy” BMI - so I’m officially in my home territory.

    Also pleased that this week makes three weeks in a row that my official weigh-in puts me in Onederland. Maybe it’s gonna stick . . . . 😊

    Had a great week even with all that candy waiting for Halloween. Then on Sunday, I had a couple of Kit Kat minis and some whiskey. Well, that led to Snickers and then I stopped counting at some point. I remember a saying in WW that sometimes it's easier to say no than no more.

    Up 4.2 lbs this week. That's on top of being up I think 4 lbs last week. Simply put just our of control. Plenty of excuses or thoughts about it but bottom line I'm out of sync.

    I can lose as fast as I gain so it's a matter of one meal at a time and one day at a time then o one week at a time then on to the month. I think enough is enough.

    Down 3.5 this week but thats normal for me on returning from a vacation weight gain. Still up by a pound or 2 from pre vacation weight.
