I understand the rejection and bullying from childhood that still affects our perception as an adult. I live it daily. This journey is just as much internal as it is external. Nothing like 25 yard sprints then 5 pushups then another sprint and 5 squats then another sprint and 5 burpees then another sprint and 5 lunges. Rest 1 minute then repeat. All in soft sand. KILLER!
