I do eat a banana a day, because my dietary potassium seems low based on my tracking in MFP - under 2000 mg against a goal of 3500 mg. However, my blood test shows my potassium is at the high end of normal. 🤷🏻♂️

I was thinking that for me it comes down to the nature of the interruption, but I’m not sure that’s accurate. I think I do better with short interruption where I can see an end. That lets me decide whether I should simply say it’s out of my control and I’ll correct later, or whether I can do something differently to deal…

7678 Wednesday. That includes two steps at different t8me yesterday when my right (original equipment) knee simply buckled. It was unpleasant, and today after about a fifteen minute walk it was clear I’m not walking for exercise in the near future. Me and my Cryo-Cuff, we got a thing goin' on . . . . .
