I just decided to quit when I started too try to loose weight through healthy eating and exercise, if I'm going to exersice and eat right to be healthy I probably shouldn't be smoking either. Down 15 pounds and no cigs for 3 weeks.

Yesterday I stayed within calories, hiked a 2 mile trail that is constant up and down hills I didn't eat back exercise calories and gained 1.6 lbs. I do if 20:4 along with 5/2. 15 lbs down in 19 days. A lot of that is water weight though and I have over 100 to lose but I love this way of eating. You still have to pay attention to calories but it is much easier to fit them in to one big meal and a snack or 2 meals.

Alright thanks for the response vismal I will make the changes you recommended. I have the 2 low calorie day of 600 calories. The remaining 5 should I do 2000 calories or 2500 so the week averages 2000 per day.
