Started just with intermittent fasting, now I still use IF but have also added keto. And just started working out this month.

Lose 50 lbs. Only 0.8 away. I haven't weight this in 11 years. Still need to lose another 80 though. So plenty more mini goals to go.

never made it home since yesterday afternoon. so I had a taco bell loaded taco burrito and a six pack. not a good day but I only ate once.

Well it just broke in half when I was rolling it. And it's pretty delicious I smoke a lot of pork shoulder then freeze in quart size bags because it's so useful for so many different meals

well I have been averaging about 4 pounds a week but I had 130 pounds to loose total, Im sure it will slow down once I get a little lower.
