I just want to be in the 140's by June 15. I don't even mind if it's 149.5lbs. I'll take it! I'm currently 156.5lb and TOM is this week and next. Hopefully I'll drop some water weight end of next week and meet my goal.4

In 33 days, I will have logged 1000 days in MFP. Weight loss has slowed, but hoping for 3 more pounds lost by then.15

I would be thrilled to be under 180 by June 15 - six months into this journey.
3 lbs away from that.

When I lose 22 more lbs, I'm treating myself to really nice REI hiking pants. I'm hoping I can manage this before a backpacking trip in late September.9

My current goal is 163 - which will move me from obese to overweight according to BMI.
8 lbs to lose. This is my first mini goal.
So excited! I'm two lbs from this mini-goal, which is actually pretty huge for me!
The only previous time that I had so much motivation to lose weight was before my wedding. I have my 15th anniversary next month. That's a LONG time!!!
Stepped on the scale this morning. 163. I did it! I'm doing a victory dance right now.14 -
Lose 50 lbs. Only 0.8 away. I haven't weight this in 11 years. Still need to lose another 80 though. So plenty more mini goals to go.13
-
I'm about 2 lbs. away from 164, which will officially move me from "overweight" to "normal".11

10 pounds gone by July 110

I've been stuck on 154-152 lbs for so long... Can't seem to get to 140s... So I just want to loose 5 pounds in the next two weeks7

I just came up with a new mini goal last night. While cleaning I found a shirt I bought that is VERY tight on me. So I want to fit into it! I can do it!11

Not quite...May 31 weigh-in = 180.5 (same). Mostly due to end of month celebrations: niece's graduation, family reunion / picnic.
On the bright side, I did have more than one May weigh-in where the scale started with 1-7 so yay me. Now I just want to make that stick in June.

I want to fit into a cute Ann Taylor dress I bought at Goodwill for like $3 for a wedding I am going to on July 8th. I can put it on, it was just too tight to wear out just yet7

To be 195 pounds, that's my short term goal.6
-
To slim down before going on vacation this summer!!!
(To see if I can lose inches in 2 months)6 -
I just reached my first mini goal today. I had to get to 232 in order to have a very important hernia surgery. Today, I hit that goal. Now, I can get the surgery scheduled.17

My mini goal is to shave off the last few pounds and get to my final goal. I'm so close that the final goal is now the mini goal! But if I had to break it off in chunks, I'd like to lose 7lbs this month.5

Disney trip with the family in July! ... and we're bringing my boyfriends exwife... I'm far too competitive to not be in my best shape haha9

...and skin removal surgery in JANUARY! its coming soon! Dr wants me to trim the last 20 lbs before the surgery. Lets go!14

Loving all the people that were saying wanting to loose the same weight as what their children weigh currently. I have been keeping track of that as well. So far I have lost my 2 year old's weight(26 lbs) and my 5 year old's (37lbs). Now I am trying to loose how much my 7 year old weighs, 50 lbs. When you can see that sort of physical weight in front of you it really gives you a different perspective and idea of the actual amount that has been lost.
Good job everyone, keep up the good work!
Currently at 138(it's been four years since I weighed this). It will probably take me over a month to get to 120s. So instead I am focusing on loosing 50 lbs total since I started tracking cals and exercising. 5 lbs to go. I also started 30 day Shred(level1day4 completed today) and I am looking forward to getting to the halfway point.
I made it to 50 pounds lost. I'm sitting at 131 lbs. I did the Shred for a week but the only time I could do it was at night after kids were in bed. I hated working out twice a day. Once I get closer to my goal weight I'll start adding strength at the gym when I go. My new mini goal is to get into the 120s, haven't been 129 for 5 years. Then my next mini goal is 125(weight I was when I first got pregnant with eldest child).
I am humored that when I hit 130(1 lb away) I'll have lost the same amount of weight as what my 7 year old weighs.roboliciousbob wrote: »One of my fitness goals is to run an 8 minute mile outside. On the treadmill I got a 8:20 comfortably. My fastest time outside without really trying was 8:30. I am a slow runner and not much love for sprinting. I
Weighed myself this morning and I'm 129.4 lbs! 125 here I come!! I also managed a 7minute 50 second mile this last weekend: new goal to have multiple 8 minute miles in one run. I'm not sure how much faster I really need or want to go beyond this. Maybe 7:30 mile but that is probably as far as I'll push myself, anything beyond that is not necessary to me. I'm not trying to do competitions or runs. I can do 12 regular push-ups before I need a rest, new goal 20! I joined a plank challenge for the month. Trying to do at least 60 minutes worth in a month or double that.

Current mini-goals:
1. Weight: 163 down to 157 lbs. I can do it. July 1st goal.
2. Couch to 5k and run a 5 k. August 1 goal.
3. Stay on track during camping, keep logging and purposeful movement (a major challenge). September 1st goal.

I would love to be that fast. You have inspired me to work on my running this summer. I've lost 50+ pounds but still feel like a very slow runner. I'm going to time myself doing a mile run next week and then work on improving my time.3 -

I'm working on my speed as well. I'm using the C25K structure, but jogging/running instead of walking/jogging. So far, so good!

I would've made my mini goal of being under 170 this week, but water weight has hit and I'm up three pounds from last week now. silly sodium. I should hit my goal though within the next two weeks.8
-
to get under 14st - 3lbs to go
I just keep thinking, 'I'll never get below 15stone.' Then it hits me I already have. I am already about 18lbs lower than I ever thought I could get to. It's pretty awesome!12 -
My Birthday is in 4 months. My goal is to get to a weight i probably havent been at in 18 years. Its aggressive but i think doable. So far I am on pace to be very close.8
-
That I am 3lb away from a full 30lb loss. Also I am SUPER close to ONEderland that I REALLY want to hit that again! Hopefully by the end of the summer!!10
-
I've been hovering just above 190 for a couple of weeks. I'd be thrilled to see a number in the 180's on the scale. I think I'm there, fat-loss wise, but I keep having high sodium days that are masking it. I retain water like a champ.8

To get below 350 pounds. There's been some weird mental block with that threshold as it would be over 125 pounds lost and serves to remind me that I still have a looooong way to go. I get so close and then rebound. My bad habits are fighting me hard. So today starts strict recording and more movement. I'll celebrate with a massage when I hit it.13
