Weigh 250. Aggressive but I set lofty goals. I rarely meet them but getting close to something that seems impossible is a huge win in and of itself. 21 lbs, after I get 250 I will have hit my first 2 weighloss goals. I still have a pound to go before hitting my first goal.

From march 1st 286.4 march 31st 271.4. 15 pounds lost missed my goal by 1.4 pounds but am very happy with the results anyway.

I started with 16:8 that got easy did 20:4 for a bit now doing OMAD down 25 lbs going on 7 weeks now.

274 currently probably won't make it to exactly 270 but close enough to be happy about it. Still not exactly sure what's going on with my blood sugar it is now lowest after eating.which is strange but fasting is lowering about 1 point every couple of days.

Vaping helps tons of people though. Makes it so easy to switch with a proper setup. I was able to quit with vaping. And kept lowering the nicotine lvl in the juice until it was no nicotine. Awesome very inspiring. Almost exactly my goals. My heaviest was 320 that I weighed myself. I lost 60 pounds got off track and gained back up to 300. So I just started again a little over a month ago. It's great seeing someone with such similar numbers and story have such great success.

Thanks for the reply guys. The thing is it's not just in the morning it's staying up around 12-125 from waking up around 6:30 am 12: pm and 5 pm. I've checked throughout the day and it's up the only time it's down is about 2 hour after eating. I check it around 8, 2 hours after eating it's around 100-110
