OK last weeks goals Take a walk of at least 1000 steps (weather permitting) restart my PT stretches for my neck and hip limit my YouTube time to 1 hour per day Points earned 0 No excuses just did not do it This weeks goals the same as last week!

From the bottom up 1 so the neuropathy in my feet can be reduced 2. so the pain / crackling in my knees & hips will be better 4. so my pre diabetes does not become full diabetes 5. so my various cardiac issues stay under control 6. so I can reduce the risk of another stroke

I have been aware of the "ultra processed" problem for some time, having said that it does not mean that I eat clean. While I am not a supporter of RFK Jr. I do think he is correct about the whole "what's in our foods question for the most part.
